Hair Care : Caring for the hair alike in all seasons will be affected badly. Let’s look a view on things which do not do during winter. If you are aware of these things, you can keep it healthily.
Coldwater should be used whenever you bathe. You may ask “it is okay bathing with cold water in summer, but how can we bath using cold water in winter”. In fact, the nature of the hair is being alike at all.
If you take a hot bath in winter, it may lead to hair loss and hair split. It is very difficult to recover the hair from that.
The people who bathe thrice a week or take bathing daily should stop that in the winter season. Bath can be taken twice a week and kinds of chemical shampoo should be avoided.
Natural packs like curd and avocado can be used as shampoo as they remove dirt and give nutrition to your hair.
In summer, the hair will dry naturally but it is very difficult to dry in winter. It’s very challenging to go out if any emergency happens due to hair wetness. But it’s better to avoid hair drier in this situation as it leads to drying your scalp.
The wetness of in that is being during winter even if you dried it. It isn’t being in strength whenever it is being wet. If you pull it using combs or something, it will lead to hair loss.
To avoid that, you can use your fingers to protect yourself from hair tangle, and using a soft piece of cloth for mopping will remove the hair tangle.
Most people cover their bodies to protect themselves from the effects of sunlight. But they let their hair freely during winter.
If you leave it freely, you will lose the beauty of it as impurities of the environment will be pulled into that. So do not avoid plaiting the hair or wearing a scarf on your head.
And also, a good way to take care of the hair is by avoiding snacks and oily foods. If you do not get nutrition to your hair, it will lead to hair loss and prevent the growth of hair follicles.
So green vegetables and protein foods should not be avoided to beautify your hair.
